Sarajevo, June 8, 2007 – The Sarajevo Graduate School of Business (SGSB) is proud to announce that its second cohort of students will graduate in June 2007.  The graduation ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2007, at 6 p.m. in Dom Armije, Sarajevo.  All media representatives are invited to cover the event.

 The University of Delaware will award each student a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree, the “gold standard” in business school accreditation, fully internationally accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).  The University of Sarajevo will award the Masters in Science degree.

 SGSB’s mission is to be a center of excellence in advanced business education for the development of responsible leaders in a dynamic global business environment.  With the skill and knowledge obtained in the program, SGSB graduates are well positioned to lead their respective firms forward to higher levels of growth and profitability.  SGSB was founded by the Alfred Lerner College at University of Delaware and Faculty of Economics at University of Sarajevo. 

This program is part of USAID's economic restructuring efforts in BiH.  USAID has supported the program to provide managers in BiH the opportunity to learn world class business practices.
